We are supporting a leading international drilling and energy services organisation with the appointment of a Country Manager to lead its operations in Kuwait.
This is a senior leadership opportunity requiring a strong combination of land drilling operations, commercial acumen and business development
.
The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the country operation, with a particular focus on operational performance, client relationships, commercial growth and new business development
.
- Significant land drilling / onshore drilling experience
- Previous Country Manager, Area Manager or senior operational leadership experience
- Strong Middle East experience – essential
- Proven commercial and P&L responsibility
- Strong business development capability and ability to bring in new clients
- Experience managing relationships with NOCs and major energy operators
- Strong understanding of drilling contracts and long-term client partnerships
- Ability to identify opportunities to expand into additional drilling services, technologies and product offerings
- Strong operational background combined with a strategic, growth-oriented mindset
