General Manager – Delivery Solutions

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and vision-driven General Manager to lead and oversee operations for our Delivery Solutions Company in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of heading organizations, driving business growth, and managing large-scale delivery and logistics operations.

Important:
This position is strictly open to candidates currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable residency. Applications from outside Kuwait will not be considered.

• Oversee overall company operations, strategy, and business growth for the delivery solutions business.
• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction to cross-functional teams.
• Optimize logistics, last-mile delivery, and supply chain operations for maximum efficiency and profitability.
• Drive business development, client acquisition, and key stakeholder management in the Kuwait market.
• Manage financial budgets, P&L responsibility, and operational performance metrics.

• Location:
  
  Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in management and executive leadership roles.
• Track Record:
  Proven leadership experience having previously headed companies or major business units.
• Industry Background:
  Strong background in delivery solutions, logistics, fleet management, or e-commerce fulfillment is preferred.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).

• Strong executive leadership and strategic decision-making ability.
• Expertise in delivery operations, fleet logistics, and last-mile management.
• Excellent P&L management, financial acumen, and budgeting skills.
• Superior negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
