We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing perfume and fragrance business in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new B2B customers (perfume brands, retailers, private label clients)
- Promote fragrance oils and A to Z private label services
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Conduct client meetings, present samples, and follow up regularly
- Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
- Coordinate with Accounts & Production teams for smooth order processing
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Experience in B2B sales (Perfume / Cosmetics / FMCG / any preferred)
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic not mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel & MS Word)
- Strong customer handling and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-oriented - Valid Kuwait residency
- Preferred:
Indian candidates - Age limit: 25 – 35 years
- Salary will be discussed during the interview
- Attractive commission based on performance
- Open to Male and Female candidates
