An ambitious and growing elevator company in Kuwait is seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Sales Manager. This is a hybrid, foundational role for a leader who will personally drive front‑line project sales while structurally building, recruiting, and managing a lean sales department from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personally lead front‑line sales efforts, close high‑value projects, tenders, and manage relations with top‑tier contractors and developers in Kuwait.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and structurally develop a high‑performing sales team (3 executives) as the company scales.
  • Establish sales pipelines, process targets, and monitor collection milestones to ensure healthy cash flow.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 6–10 years of solid experience in B2B Project Sales within the Kuwait Market (Elevator industry, HVAC, MEP, or Premium Building Materials).
  • A hands‑on entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable blending strategic management with aggressive field sales.
  • Active, verifiable network of contacts with Kuwaiti consultants and main contractors.
  • Valid Kuwaiti driving license, own car, and transferable visa (Article 18).
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities
  • Open new markets and target investment buildings and medium‑sized commercial projects in Kuwait.
  • Build sustainable relationships with mid‑size contracting firms and owners.
  • Prepare quotations and conduct technical and financial follow‑up until closing the deal and collecting payments.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B project sales within Kuwait (elevator sector or building materials and finishes).
  • High negotiation skills and ability to read basic engineering drawings.

Responsibilities
  • Daily high‑frequency field coverage of newly built residential areas in Kuwait (e.g., Al Mutlaq, West Abdullah Mubarak).
  • Meet voucher and villa owners directly, present technical and financial offers for villa elevators, and persuade them to sign contracts.
  • Follow up on elevator measurements and coordinate with clients until collection and installation are completed.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of field sales experience (B2C) in Kuwait; experience with voucher and villa owners is preferred.
