About the job Manager Instuitional Sales
Our client ,a leading organization in the FMCG sector, is seeking a Manager Institutional Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving institutional sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing strategic partnerships to expand market presence. This role requires strong expertise in institutional/B2B sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to lead business development initiatives effectively.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement institutional sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Evaluate existing product portfolio and recommend enhancements, including new pack sizes or products tailored for institutional clients.
- Negotiate, finalize, and manage contracts with institutional partners while ensuring compliance with company policies and credit terms.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with institutional clients to foster sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with clients to explore and implement digital engagement initiatives.
- Ensure proper issuance and monitoring of company assets with institutional customers to prevent misuse.
- Train and guide internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Develop annual business plans with detailed sales forecasts and growth strategies.
- Monitor sales performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Stay updated on market developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting institutional sales.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10 years of proven experience in institutional or B2B sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of digital sales tools.
