Our client, a leading paint manufacturing company in Kuwait
, is looking for a Female Business Development Officer
. The person will be responsible to establish and maintain professional relationships with Consultancy offices in Kuwait and to searchfor business opportunities in the GCC Countries.

• Lead and manage business communication to promote the company's paint products, and to explore partnership
  opportunities.
• Develop a strong understanding of the paint Industry, including various products, applications, and market needs.
• Represent the company in meetings, presentations, exhibitions and events linked to business development.
• Coordinate and work hand-by-hand with the marketing department to promote and advertise new products.
• Collaborate with the research and development department to acquire continuous updates of new products development/ quality improvement of existing products.
• Learn and value the technical assessment for Ministries' labs samples, according to various industry specifications and the certificates from external authenticated labs.
• Understand paints quality parameters to align with the market quality guidelines.
• Create and design a database of paint products comparison between the company's products and competitor's products as per sales demand.
• Build and maintain a database of all consultancy offices and organize periodical visits.
• Design a business expansion plan to promote the company's products in different countries in the region.
• Collaborate with sales department regarding new projects in the pipeline or new partnership agreement.

• Bachelor's degree in civil, industrial engineering or chemical engineering. Master's degree is preferable.
• 5+ years of business development experience, preferably from the paint industry or an industry of selling products (B2B).
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
