We are seeking a Senior Chemical Sales & Tendering Specialist with 10+ years of experience in the sales, tendering, procurement, and technical know-how of chemicals for refining, petrochemicals, drilling, and process.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the chemical business in KNPC, KOC, KIPIC, Equate, and drilling contractors.
  • Deep understanding of the consumption and procurement process of the key customers with historic data and strategize the sales goals & partnering opportunities.
  • Established strong relationships with key stakeholders, including end users, procurement professionals, technical experts, and decision-makers, while effectively managing key accounts
  • Knowledge in KPC tendering and experience with LTSA contracts.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of pricing strategies, previous bid analysis, and historical data to optimize competitive pricing and enhance bid success rates

Client’s Procurement & Consumption Expertise:

  • Possess a deep understanding of the chemical procurement process in KNPC, KOC, KIPIC, Equate, and key clients
  • Provide insights into the chemical consumption trends, demand forecasting, and product optimization.
  • Develop partnerships with chemical manufacturers to bring innovative & cost-effective solutions to Kuwait’s market, & Negotiating skills for optimal pricing and delivery terms.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technological advancements in oilfield and petrochemical chemicals.
  • Provide strategic input to management on pricing, new product development, and sales forecasting.


Qualification
: Chemist, Sales/Marketing professional with a bachelor’s in chemistry, Chemical Engineer
