Solutions by stc is actively recruiting for the role of Government Senior Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with government clients, understanding their needs, and proposing solutions that align with the organization's products or services. This role involves strategic account management, contract negotiation, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.
The Government Senior Account Manager must have a deep understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, understand their needs, and position suitable products or services effectively.
- Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage government procurement processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead contract negotiations with support from legal and finance teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as product, delivery, and support to ensure successful implementation and continuous service improvement.
- Monitor market trends, government policies, and sales performance, while preparing reports, forecasts, and identifying growth opportunities.
To qualify for this role, you must meet the below minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 8 years of Experience
