Channel Sales Manager

Job Description

• Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans to ensure that strategic and financial targets are met.
• Create and implement commercial strategies, including product strategy, MSRP policy, and channel policy.
• Manage existing RD (regional distributor), MD (Master dealer), and resellers: manage sell‑in/sell‑out, increase the business share.
• Distributor’s management: manage the distributor’s order, inventory, and sales data.
• Training program: execute product training for distributors, RD, MD, resellers and installers.
• Plan and execute channel marketing and promotional activities to increase sales.
• Conduct market research, collect competitive product information, price strategies, and promotional activities, then analyze and develop relevant strategic countermeasures.

• At least 2+ years of experience in CCTV industrial channel sales background, with working experience in the CCTV distributors or CCTV manufacturer being a significant advantage.
• Excellent market insight and planning ability, sales data analysis ability, and business negotiation ability. Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Accustomed to frequent business trips.
