About The Role

To lead the sales activities by identifying and driving business opportunities arising from tenders and project requirements across government, private, and B2B sectors in Kuwait. The role focuses on supporting project-based sales, building strong client and stakeholder relationships, and expanding market presence across projects of varying scale. This position requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution, as well as the ability to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve defined sales targets.

About You

Ideal candidate would have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant field
  • 5 – 7 years of Sales Experience in Electrical Products with strong exposure in Project Sales
  • Knowledge in Medium to High Voltage or heavy electrical products
  • Strong understanding of contracting, project sales, and retail sales channels
  • In-depth knowledge of the Kuwaiti market, including government and private-sector clients
  • Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong leadership and ability to develop teams
