Sales Executive

Responsibilities

• Develops an understanding of entire range of vehicles and provide customers with detailed information and demonstration.
• Takes potential customer out for test drive.
• Provides customers with financial rates and availability of vehicle.
• Provides customer, where required, with best and easy installment methods
• Closes the sale and advise customers of their administrative contact and ensure that all paper work is complete in preparation for vendors.
• Maintains customer satisfaction level and prospects new customers
• Achieves sales objective and contributes to the profitability of business
• Maintains high level of customer services
• Ensures that all brand related trainings are completed successfully and required certifications are achieved as per brand standards.
• Adheres to all the internal and external brand audit criteria as specified by the management and principals.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, guidelines, local or int'l standards, if applicable and manufacturer directions/guidelines

• Strive to achieve defined sales targets while maximizing profit
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Awareness of the automotive products, industry and brands
• Effective Decision Making based on analysis, wisdom, judgment and experience.
