The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and managing strategic accounts within the financial services sector, with a strong focus on banks and financial institutions. The role requires a seasoned technology sales professional capable of managing complex sales cycles, building long‑term C‑level relationships, and positioning NCR’s solutions as mission‑critical platforms for digital banking, payments, self‑service, and enterprise technology.

• Minimum 7–8 years of sales experience.
• Proven, hands‑on experience selling technology solutions to banks and financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of banking operations and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of financial services technology landscapes (payments, self‑service, core systems, channels, etc.).
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex sales cycles and high‑value deals.
• Experience working with multinational or regional technology vendors is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
