Sales Executive – Racking, Shelving & Storage Solutions

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling racking systems, shelving solutions, warehouse storage equipment, and related industrial products.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the warehousing, logistics, retail, industrial, and commercial sectors.
• Promote and sell racking systems, shelving units, storage solutions, and related products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and propose suitable storage solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in racking, shelving, storage systems, warehouse equipment, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse storage solutions and material handling products.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Valid driving license preferred.
• Experience in the Kuwait market will be an added advantage.
