Ad Space is a GCC AdTech company with 300+ digital screens across Kuwait, in gyms like Oxygen and Flare, as well as inside salons, padel courts, and hotels. We help brands reach the right audiences out-of-home through our screen network and advertising marketplace.

We're hiring an Account Executive to bring in advertisers and grow our revenue across Kuwait. This is a field-based sales role focused on selling ad space: you'll meet brands, agencies, and local businesses in person, show them what our screen network can do, and close advertising deals. You'll own your pipeline from first contact to signed campaign.

• Find and win advertisers, from major brands to ad agencies to local businesses
• Build your pipeline through cold outreach, your own network, and leads we provide
• Pitch Ad Space's screen network and advertising packages in person
• Negotiate and close advertising campaigns
• Manage your pipeline and report on activity weekly
• Build long-term relationships that turn into repeat business

• A self-driven closer who's comfortable with cold outreach and in-person meetings (all experience levels welcome)
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
• A strong network in the Kuwait business community is a plus
• Valid driving license and own car
• Kuwait residency / transferable visa
