We're looking for an Account Manager to maintain client accounts and serve as the company's point of contact within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be driven to provide top notch customer service and show enthusiasm for finding new business opportunities, partnerships, and methods to broaden the range of services offered. Additionally, candidates should be proficient with spreadsheets, audits, and other productivity tools.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong client relationships within government accounts.
- Generate new business opportunities using existing and potential customer networks.
- Upsell and cross sell company solutions and services to clients, maximizing client value.
- Resolve client conflicts and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Timely follow up on client requests, proposals, and contracts.
- Proven experience in managing government accounts.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and effectively manage customer networks.
- Experience in upselling and cross selling to current clients.
- Strong conflict resolution skills with a customer centric approach.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in account management, preferably with large companies.
- Proven strong sales track record in account management roles.
- Experience managing day to day activities for a diverse portfolio of accounts, providing expert guidance and support.
