The Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales across the local market for technology infrastructure.

This role involves building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions based on the clients’ needs and requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  • Leading the sales efforts for the products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
  • Developing and managing strategic account plans, working closely with internal and external Teams.
  • Handling the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including qualification, solution design, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
  • Using a consultative approach to understand customer challenges and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external Teams to identify and capture sales opportunities.
  • Staying informed on market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Job Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a field related to Business and/ or Information Technology.
  • Sales/ Account Management experience within the IT industry, experience in technology infrastructure will be considered an advantage.
  • Arabic and English language skills are required.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Understanding market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
