About The Opportunity

A fast scaling B2B innovator in the Middle East, we're redefining how businesses across Kuwait and the broader GCC region manage customer engagement, sales automation, and revenue operations. Our AI powered platform empowers enterprises to unify sales pipeline workflows, accelerate deal velocity, and scale high performing revenue teams-specifically built for the unique dynamics of the Gulf market. We're hiring a Senior Sales Executive (Kuwait) to own strategic client acquisition, expansion, and revenue operations excellence across Kuwait's enterprise landscape.

Role

& Responsibilities
  • Lead end to end enterprise B2B sales cycles-from prospecting, discovery, and negotiation to closing and post sale onboarding.
  • Drive and exceed regional revenue targets by building and executing territory specific go to market strategies across Kuwait's key verticals (E commerce, Finance, Retail, Logistics, Telecom), with a focus on CRM adoption and revenue operations transformation.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging, qualify high intent leads, and co create customer success stories that fuel sales pipeline growth and accelerate time to value.
  • Set performance benchmarks and foster a data driven culture of accountability, forecasting accuracy, and continuous improvement across the sales function.
  • Act as the voice of the customer-synthesizing market intelligence, competitive insights, and product feedback into strategic input for leadership and product roadmaps.
  • Own CRM hygiene (Salesforce) and sales pipeline reporting, ensuring accurate forecasting, real time visibility, and ROI tracking for executive review and strategic decision making.
Qualifications Required
  • 3+ years of proven success in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with deep experience in CRM based revenue operations.
  • Experience selling to C suite, VP, and Director level stakeholders in complex, multi threaded environments-particularly for high value, long cycle deals in GCC or MENA.
  • Deep hands on experience with CRM platforms, including pipeline management, reporting, and admin level configuration; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or Hub Spot is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in consultative, SPIN, or MEDDIC style sales methodologies, applied to drive sales pipeline acceleration, expansion, and customer retention.
  • Proven ability to manage full cycle enterprise sales from initial outreach through contract negotiation, legal review, and post sale handoff.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling skills-able to translate complex revenue operations and CRM value into clear ROI for technical, business, and executive audiences.
  • Fluency in English, Arabic proficiency is highly preferred for engaging with local stakeholders and navigating regional procurement and compliance workflows.
  • Residency in Kuwait is required.
Preferred
  • Experience operating in the GCC or MENA region, with existing enterprise relationships in Kuwait-especially within target verticals like E commerce, Financial Services, Telecom, and Logistics.
  • Background selling AI driven revenue platforms or sales enablement tools, with the ability to articulate technical differentiators to non technical buyers.
  • Familiarity with revenue operations best practices, including forecasting, quota management, and CRM driven analytics.
  • Previous experience scaling sales operations in a high growth startup or fast scaling B2B SaaS environment.

    • Identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts (upsell/cross sell)
    • Mapping stakeholder influence and building coalition of supporters.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence:
    • Tracking regional competitors and adapting positioning for GCC buyers
    • Understanding macro trends in Kuwait's digital transformation (e.g., Vision 2035, fintech growth, revenue operations digitization)
  • Collaboration & Influence:
    • Working cross functionally with Marketing (campaign support), Product (feedback loop), and Customer Success (handoff & expansion)
