Hayakel Steel Industries is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team.
Location: Kuwait
Industry: Steel Manufacturing
Responsibilities- Manage customer inquiries and prepare quotations
- Follow up on offers, orders, and customer requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Coordinate with production and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
- Handle sales documentation, invoicing, and order processing through SAP
- Support after-sales service and warranty-related matters
- Conduct customer visits and site inspections when required
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in B2B sales and customer relationship management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP/SAP systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic (advantage)
- Valid driving license and own car (advantage)
- Presentable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
