Description:

Required Outdoor Sales Executive Furniture (B2B & Key Account)

We are seeking a highly motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to develop and manage B2B furniture sales opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business, managing key accounts, building relationships with corporate clients, contractors, consultants, architects, and interior designers, and working closely with the company's design team to deliver customized furniture solutions.

Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities.
  • Conduct regular visits to corporate clients, offices, hotels, restaurants, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and government sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build a strong pipeline of projects and sales opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Provide feedback on customer requirements and emerging market opportunities.
  • Identify new product and business opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in furniture, fit-out, interiors, or construction-related industries.
  • Proven experience in key account management - Prefer in Furniture field.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Experience dealing with architects, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams is highly preferred.
Required Skills
  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Understanding of furniture specifications and interior design concepts.
  • Project management and coordination skills.
  • CRM proficiency.
  • Self motivated and target driven personality.
