Job Role

The Junior Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business leads, supporting the sales team in daily operations, and managing client relationships. This role involves market research, promoting company products/services, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new projects, and business opportunities.
  • Perform cold calling, email introduction, and schedule meetings with prospective clients.
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet potential customers and distribute marketing materials.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients and key decision makers.
2. Sales Operations & Support
  • Assist in understanding customer requirements and recommending appropriate products or solutions.
  • Prepare and send sales quotations and proposals to clients in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on sent quotations to negotiate terms and close sales.
3. Order Processing & Coordination
  • Receive customer purchase orders and ensure all details (price, quantity, specs) match the quotation.
  • Enter orders into the company system (CRM/ERP) and coordinate with internal teams to initiate processing.
  • Liaise with the warehouse/logistics team to track delivery schedules and update the client.
  • Ensure all necessary product documentation is provided to the client upon delivery.
4. Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for routine client inquiries.
  • Address customer complaints or issues regarding delivery or product quality promptly.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
5. Financial Follow-up
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and assist the accounts department in payment collection.
