Sales Executive Spare parts door

• Achieve parts sales target according to plan.
• Prioritizes sales activities towards achieving set targets.
• Demonstrate the products to customers at the counter.
• Review catalogues and determine customers' needs.
• Demonstrate good salesmanship skills by taking all measures to close a sale and ensure customers are satisfied.
• Explain to customers the functioning of the equipment.
• Negotiate selling price with customers offering discounts as per company's policy and guidelines.
• Record and authenticate lost sales mentioning the reasons and presenting to the Supervisor for review.
• Inform the Sales Supervisor of any deviations discovered in the stock for making parts claim with supplier.
• Maintain documentation on special orders from customers and spare parts cannibalized from stock vehicles.
• Ensure that the stock in the branch is maintained in the proper place and replenished from time to time.
• Assist in inventory control in identifying the slow and dead stocks.
• Ensure items as per customers request are supplied.

Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or anything related to Automobile Mechanic.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience within similar role in automotive sector.

• Knowledge of auto parts and of updating company's & competitor's products.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Problem solving skills.
• Strong customer handling skills.
