Job Title:

Sales Manager Egyptian for Contract Position in Al-Kuwait

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Egyptian market
• Identify potential clients and build relationships through networking, cold calling and other sales techniques
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences
• Meet with clients to present products or services and negotiate deals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
• Train and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their targets
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and budgets for management review

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the Egyptian market
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and principles
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make data-driven decisions
• Fluent in Arabic; written and spoken English knowledge is a plus
