Description

We are seeking a motivated RO to join our sales team. As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Main tasks and responsibilities
  • Filling KYCs, following up with clients in case of any missing document, dealing with Backoffice and compliance
  • Responding to client’s requests in a timely manner
  • Keeping up with formats’ updates
  • Minimizing the number of in process / draft leads by following up and completing the documents
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
  • Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations
  • Support the onboarding clients, and coordinating with other departments (Documents, KYCs)
  • Confirmation Calls, following up with the unfunded accounts.
  • Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services, and special offers.
  • Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets clients’ expectations.
  • Identify and report any patterns or trends in customer inquiries to help improve products and services.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines at all times.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues.
  • Professional and empathetic demeanour when dealing with customer complaints or challenging situations.
  • Fluency in English language.
