Sales Manager

A leading company in Al-Kuwait is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.

Sales Manager for Indian Nationals in Al-Kuwait

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and exceed expectations
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team and provide coaching as needed
• Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

• Indian nationality preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role preferably in the Indian market
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
• Willingness to relocate to Al-Kuwait if currently residing outside of the country

• High salary of 1200$
