New Business Sales Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for an exceptional New Business Sales Specialist to join our global team. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales (GCC) and working closely with the Commercial team, you will focus 100% on new business development. You will carry a quota target, conduct field visits via cold outreach, and own your pipeline completely.

• Consistently achieve sales targets.
• Outreach new key decision‑makers via phone, email and social touches to bring on new business.
• Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
• Conduct cost‑benefit and needs analysis with existing or potential partners to align our solutions to their goals.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Provide feedback about ongoing industry trends.
• Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all call outcomes in the CRM.
• Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.

• Minimum 3 years of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
• Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
• A true hunter and relationship builder.
• Organised, able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
• Naturally curious with a desire to continually grow and develop.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
