- Execute daily sales activities to meet individual targets and support category growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, cooperatives, and store-level stakeholders.
- Ensure proper execution of offers, contracts, and in-store promotions based on brand guidelines and trade plans.
- Monitor competitor activities and share insights to support the sales team’s planning and adjustments.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visibility, availability, and merchandising standards are met.
- Report market trends, customer feedback, and field observations to supervisors and managers.
- Coordinate with delivery teams and warehouses to ensure timely and complete order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance, customer visits, and trade activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- 2–4 years of FMCG field sales experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to meet targets and manage assigned routes efficiently.
- High level of ownership, professionalism, and resilience in a dynamic market environment.
