THAHAB is a luxury multi-brand marketplace — 1,250+ leading luxury brands and a global client base.
We're looking for someone to manage the relationship between THAHAB and its clients — the human layer on top of the platform. This is the person who turns a first purchase into a ten-year relationship, who a VIP client turns to for world‑class clienteling when they want something hard to find, and who treats every high‑value order like it matters, because it does.
This isn't a call‑center or ticket‑queue role. It's a high‑trust seat for someone who understands luxury, understands people, is a top-notch communicator, and knows that at this level, service is the product.
What you'll do- Manage the high‑end client relationship end to end — clienteling, personal shopping, and concierge‑level service across Whats App, phone, and in person.
- Drive sales the way a great client advisor does: proactive outreach, curated edits, restock and drop alerts, and knowing what a client wants before they ask.
- Source the hard things — special orders, waitlisted pieces, specific references — and make the impossible feel routine to the client.
- Own after‑sales: returns, exchanges, authentication questions, and resolution, handled with the same polish as the original sale.
- Turn client behavior into insight — what's selling, what's stuck, who's about to lapse, who's ready to move up a tier — and feed that back into merchandising and buying.
- Build and run the clienteling playbook: segmentation, follow‑up cadences, gifting moments, and the standards everyone else holds to.
- A real feel for luxury — you understand the brands, the codes, and the client who spends at this level, and you carry yourself accordingly.
- A natural seller who never sounds like one — warm, unhurried, and trusted.
- Exceptional communication in English and Arabic, written and spoken.
- Organized and relentless on follow‑through — nothing slips, no client is forgotten.
- Commercially sharp — you think in conversion, retention, and lifetime value, not just niceties.
- Background in luxury retail, personal shopping, hospitality, or high‑end client services is a strong plus.
Polished, discreet, and genuinely good with people. You take pride in building an environment where a client stays.
