- Drive sales growth for UPS systems, control cables, industrial cables, and network switches across assigned territories.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electrical, industrial automation, telecommunications, data center, and infrastructure sectors.
- Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, customer presentations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, consultants, EPC companies, and system integrators.
- Expand channel partner networks and increase market penetration across regional markets.
- Manage key customer accounts and ensure long-term business growth through customer-focused solutions.
- Promote power backup solutions, networking products, structured cabling solutions, and industrial communication systems.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, customer requirements, and competitive trends.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and business development events.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to support customer acquisition and project execution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, business development, channel sales, or key account management.
- Proven experience selling UPS systems, power backup solutions, control cables, instrumentation cables, industrial networking equipment, Ethernet switches, or electrical products.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, industrial networking, electrical distribution systems, power quality solutions, and low-voltage technologies.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with distributors, consultants, contractors, and industrial customers.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Qatar, Kuwait, and Egypt.
- Knowledge of industrial Ethernet switches, managed network switches, structured cabling systems, and smart infrastructure solutions.
- Experience in telecommunications, industrial automation, manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, or commercial infrastructure projects.
- Strong network of industry contacts within the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
