We are currently seeking a M amp E Executive to join our vibrant team at Park Inn by Radisson Hotel & Apartments. We are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume - those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. We value mindset as pivotal, anticipating guest needs, supporting your department, and consistently delivering memorable experiences.
Responsibilities- Conduct sales calls, guest visits, and hotel site inspections.
- Handle inquiries for meetings, conferences, and social events.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for guests and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
- Coordinate event requirements with all hotel departments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and key accounts.
- Conduct site inspections and guest meetings.
- Ensure the successful planning and execution of all events.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Conduct pre event meetings and site inspections with guests.
- Follow up with guests after events to obtain feedback and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain sales reports, forecasts, event calendars, and related documentation.
- Lead the dynamic Sales Team with ambition, a results driven approach, and a genuine passion for engaging with customers.
- Elevate our sales efforts to ensure success in every interaction.
- Experience in sales beneficial but not essential.
- Hands on approach with a can do work style.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of duties and tasks assigned.
- Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
- Experience working with IT systems on various platforms.
- Strong communication skills.
