This is a full-time, on-site Outdoor Sales Executive role based in Kuwait City. The Outdoor Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, visit clients at their locations, and present H&H Media Group’s branding and production solutions, including signage, retail displays, and corporate branding services. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
The role involves coordinating closely with design and production teams to ensure accurate understanding of client requirements, overseeing project progress, and maintaining strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and after-sales support. The Outdoor Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, gather competitive insights, and represent the company at client meetings, events, and site visits to promote services and expand brand visibility.
- Strong skills in outdoor sales, client prospecting, and relationship building, with the ability to convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
- Experience in B2B sales within advertising, branding, printing, signage, or related industries, with solid understanding of project-based service offerings.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English;
Arabic language skills are an advantage for local client interactions. - Competence in preparing quotations, basic cost calculations, and using CRM or sales tracking tools to manage leads and opportunities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within Kuwait City and surrounding areas for client visits and site inspections.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to coordinate with internal design and production teams to ensure accurate execution of client requirements.
- Prior experience in the Kuwait market and knowledge of local business practices is highly beneficial.
