About the Role
The Outdoor Sales Executive – Hypermarkets & Modern Trade will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing business relationships with hypermarkets, co‑operatives, supermarkets, and modern retail chains across Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Hypermarkets, Co‑operatives, Supermarkets, and other Modern Trade customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's retail customer base.
- Present and promote the company's hardware, hand tools, safety products, and related product portfolio.
- Conduct regular customer visits to ensure product availability, merchandising, and promotional activities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and secure new product listings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and product availability.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and customer visit plans.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection from customers.
- 3–5 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the Hardware, Building Materials, Hand Tools, or FMCG Modern Trade sector.
- Strong experience dealing with Hypermarkets, Co‑operatives, and Retail Chains in Kuwait.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Valid Kuwait Driving License is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English;
Arabic is an added advantage.
