Interior Design Sales

The store works closely with specialized lighting consultants who provide expert recommendations tailored to each client's space and style. The team is dedicated to delivering a professional, customer-focused experience, helping clients achieve functional and aesthetically pleasing lighting environments.

The Interior Design Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuwait City. The role involves welcoming customers to the showroom, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable lighting, furniture, and design solutions that align with their space and style. Daily tasks include preparing design proposals, assisting with space planning, coordinating product selections, and following up on quotations and orders. The Interior Design Sales team member will collaborate with lighting consultants, maintain product displays, and stay updated on new collections and design trends.

The role also requires accurate documentation of sales activities and regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Interior Design knowledge with practical experience in Space Planning and integrating lighting and Furniture into cohesive design concepts.
• Proven Sales skills, including consultative selling, upselling, and closing deals in a showroom or retail environment.
• Ability to interpret floor plans and design layouts, with attention to detail and a good aesthetic sense.
• Effective communication skills in English;
  Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Comfort with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or POS systems) and documenting client interactions.
• Previous experience in interior design, lighting, furniture, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Kuwait City, including weekends or extended hours as required by store operations.
