Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Prospect and pitch to new restaurants, working alongside our Business Development Managers to close deals and hit ambitious activity targets for calls, emails, and meetings.
• Take full control of your lead portfolio, using your organisational skills to manage the sales cycle and ensure high conversion rates.
• Continuously iterate on our inside sales workflows to ensure we remain the fastest-moving and most effective team within the business.
• Support the wider team with strategic projects, including field pitch days, restaurant marketing roll-outs, and cross-functional collaborations.
• Act as an expert on the local restaurant landscape, identifying trends and high-potential partners to bring onto the platform.

• Minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably within a high-growth environment, with proven negotiation skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is a must for this role.
• A deep and thorough knowledge of the restaurant landscape in Kuwait.
• A "get it done" attitude with the drive to hit and exceed monthly targets independently.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex lead pipelines efficiently.
