Cards Telesales Agent

We are seeking a dedicated Cards Telesales Agent to join our on-site squad supporting a leading Kuwaiti bank
. In this role, you will convert pre-screened leads into activated cardholders
, playing a direct and visible role in our growth within the local market. You will be provided with proven scripts and structured coaching to hit monthly sales targets while ensuring full compliance with banking standards.

• Execute outbound and inbound telesales campaigns for credit card acquisition against monthly targets.
• Convert qualified, bank-provided leads into approved, issued, and activated cards.
• Apply approved sales scripts, product propositions, and pricing to ensure compliant selling.
• Prioritise outreach using propensity models, next-best-action prompts, and lead-scoring signals.
• Educate customers on card features, benefits, fees, rewards, and digital wallet enablement.
• Maintain accurate customer records and dispositions in the CRM system.
• Uphold governance standards, including call recording, QA, and consumer-protection rules.

• 2-4 years of experience in banking or financial services telesales.
• Must be a Kuwaiti national.
• Native/fluent in Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of KYC, CDD, and data-privacy obligations in a banking context.
• Proven ability to perform consultative selling in a scripted, recorded, and quality-assured environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic sales performance literacy.
• Knowledge of digital wallet basics (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay).
