Responsibilities

Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive spare parts by providing expert advice and personalized recommendations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience that meets their specific needs.

Verify part numbers, vehicle compatibility, and stock availability before processing orders, minimizing errors and ensuring timely delivery of the right products to our customers.

Process sales transactions, returns, exchanges, and related documentation accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, maintaining compliance with company policies and enhancing operational efficiency.

Conduct regular inventory checks to monitor stock levels and communicate with management regarding reordering needs, ensuring that popular items are always available for customers.

Stay updated on the latest automotive trends, new products, and industry developments to effectively communicate relevant information to customers and enhance their purchasing decisions.

Collaborate with team members to develop promotional strategies and marketing initiatives that drive traffic to the store and increase sales performance, contributing to the overall success of the business.

Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive, or a related field is preferred.
3–5 years of experience in automotive spare parts retail or counter sales is essential.
Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and vehicle applications to provide informed recommendations.
Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken) is mandatory for effective communication.
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory/ERP systems to manage sales and stock efficiently.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to enhance customer interactions.
