- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed dealership or company targets.
- Manage and mentor the motorcycle sales team, providing training and performance evaluations.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a premium buying experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and events.
- Oversee showroom operations, ensuring motorcycles are displayed and marketed effectively.
- Negotiate deals with customers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Coordinate with aftersales service departments to enhance customer loyalty.
- Open to all nationalities.
- Minimum 5 7 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry (motorcycles).
- Strong communication skills.
