Vendor Acquisition Officer (Part-Time) – About Nawaya

Nawaya is Kuwait's upcoming surplus food marketplace, helping restaurants, cafés, bakeries, grocery stores, hotels, and other food businesses generate additional revenue while reducing food waste.

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our Vendor Acquisition Team and help onboard businesses across Kuwait.

• Part-time, field-based position
• 100% commission-based (no fixed salary)
• No fixed working hours
• Work independently on your own schedule
• Ideal as a second source of income or a flexible side opportunity

• Identify and approach potential food businesses.
• Meet business owners and decision-makers.
• Present Nawaya using our sales presentation and vendor materials.
• Build relationships and negotiate partnerships.
• Assist vendors through the onboarding process.

• Maintain accurate updates on assigned leads.

• Friendly, confident, and professional communicator.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Able to communicate in both Arabic and English (preferred).
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
