Outsized is seeking Cards Telesales Agents in Kuwait City to convert pre-screened leads into activated credit cardholders. You will work on-site in a dedicated telesales team, following approved scripts to meet monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
The role requires 2–4 years in banking/financial services telesales, with direct card acquisition experience. A strong first year of card-selling and cross-sell exposure is considered favorable.
