We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Develop new business opportunities and increase sales.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.
- Achieve sales and account management targets.
- Conduct client meetings and follow up on customer requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in the logistics, delivery, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Valid Kuwait driving license is preferred.
