We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Professional Sales Representative to join our commercial team and support our Cardiology portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the company's cardiovascular products, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders, and driving business growth within your assigned territory. You will play a key role in increasing disease and product awareness, managing key accounts, and executing strategic action plans while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Therapeutic

Area Cardiology

You will be responsible for promoting and supporting products within the Cardiology therapeutic area, engaging with cardiologists, internists, general practitioners, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to enhance disease awareness, improve patient outcomes, and ensure the appropriate use of cardiovascular therapies.

What Will Your Responsibilities Be?
  • Achieve sales objectives and territory targets through effective promotion of assigned cardiovascular products and therapeutic solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, internists, general practitioners, pharmacists, purchasers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute regular field visits to ensure optimal customer coverage and effective territory management.
  • Deliver scientific and product-related messages using a patient-centric approach and in alignment with approved marketing strategies.
  • Increase disease awareness and product knowledge among healthcare professionals through impactful scientific discussions.
  • Identify, develop, and manage key accounts to support product access, formulary inclusion, and long‑term business growth.
  • Analyze customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive activities to develop effective territory and account plans.
  • Prepare, implement, monitor, and evaluate action plans for key accounts and strategic customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Sales Management to achieve business objectives.
  • Support tender preparation and follow‑up activities to maximize business opportunities.
  • Ensure proper management and distribution of product samples and promotional materials in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles, segmentation data, and activity records within CRM systems.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, customer insights, competitor activities, and emerging healthcare trends.
  • Monitor and report adverse events, product complaints, or any safety‑related information in accordance with pharmacovigilance requirements.
  • Organize and participate in medical congresses, scientific meetings, educational events, and exhibitions.
  • Deliver presentations and represent the company professionally during external events and customer engagements.
  • Support clinical studies and research initiatives when applicable and in collaboration with the Medical Affairs team.
  • Prepare timely reports and provide regular updates on territory performance and business opportunities.
  • Maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct, compliance, quality, and professionalism in all interactions and activities.
  • Support the onboarding and coaching of new team members when required.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
  • 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Experience in the cardiovascular therapeutic area is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and key decision‑makers.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a territory independently.
  • Strong business acumen and customer‑focused mindset.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools.
  • Strong teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and compliance awareness.
  • Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
