Classera is a leading EdTech company delivering innovative digital solutions to governments, enterprises, educational institutions, and corporate clients across the MENA region and beyond.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales professional to drive business growth across the Kuwait market. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B and B2G sales
, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to identify opportunities, manage complex sales cycles, and close strategic deals.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow Classera's presence in Kuwait.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across government and private sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Present and demonstrate Classera's digital solutions to prospective clients.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Negotiate and close new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and sales forecast using CRM tools.
• Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B and B2G sales.
• Proven experience selling technology, SaaS, software, or digital solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent relationship management and business development abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to travel within Kuwait when required.

• Experience working with government entities and large enterprise clients in Kuwait.
• Existing network within the Kuwaiti market.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
