Outdoor Sales Representative - Foodservice & HORECA

Foodvera International Trading Company W.L.L. is a fast-growing food distribution company in Kuwait, supplying restaurants, hotels, cafés, catering companies, retail stores, wholesalers, and institutional customers with high-quality food and non-food products.

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our customer base across the Kuwait market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within the HORECA, retail, wholesale, and food service sectors.
• Visit customers daily to promote Foodvera's product portfolio.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the operations, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and support the company's growth objectives.
• Follow up on customer payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Prepare daily visit reports and update customer information in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Food service, HORECA, FMCG, or food distribution.
• Existing customer relationships within the Kuwait market are highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for business development.
• Ability to work both in the office and in the field.
• Valid Kuwait Driving Licence is preferred.
• Fluent English is required;
  Arabic is an advantage.
