Van Salesman – FMCG ​/ Traditional Trade

Foodvera International Trading Company W.L.L. is hiring an experienced Van Salesman to sell and distribute FMCG food products throughout Kuwait.

The successful candidate will operate a company sales van loaded with products and visit baqalas, traditional trade outlets, small supermarkets, groceries, cafeterias, and small restaurants. The role involves direct selling, developing new customers, collecting payments, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned sales routes across Kuwait.
• Sell and deliver products directly from the company van.
• Develop new customers and open new points of sale.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales and collection targets.
• Collect cash and outstanding customer payments.
• Maintain accurate invoices, stock records, and daily sales reports.
• Monitor van inventory and ensure products are properly handled.
• Report market prices, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Previous van sales experience in FMCG or food distribution.
• Good knowledge of Kuwait’s baqalas and traditional trade market.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
• Ability to handle cash, invoices, stock, and collections responsibly.
• Familiarity with Kuwait’s areas and sales routes.
• Arabic, English, or Hindi communication skills are an advantage.
