  • Support the Director of Sales in developing and implementing the hotel's strategic sales plan across all segments: corporate, MICE, leisure, and groups.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts, while nurturing long-term relationships with VIP clients, event organizers, and travel partners.
  • Personally entertain and host high-profile clients and guests to demonstrate the hotel's offerings and standards of excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Revenue, and Front Office teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with branding and guest experience goals.
  • Conduct site inspections, FAM trips, client events, and on-property sales meetings with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust tactics and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of sales managers and coordinators, supporting a culture of performance and luxury service delivery.
  • Represent the hotel at local and international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, reports, and performance metrics as required by the Director of Sales and Executive Committee.
  • Ensure that all client interactions-whether in person, via email, or over the phone-reflect the standards of elegance and excellence that define the Hotel.
