Americana Foods is looking for a Head of commercial to lead the Frozen category business in Kuwait. Reporting to the GM, Kuwait, this role owns the full commercial agenda, from strategy and route to market, through trade marketing and pricing, to sales delivery and team leadership.
Key responsibilities:- Define and execute the Frozen category growth strategy for Kuwait
- Lead route to market, channel management, and distributor structure
- Drive trade marketing, pricing, and revenue growth management
- Own sales delivery, customer engagement, and service level performance
- Build and develop a high performing sales team
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales preferred
- 15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in a senior Sales and Marketing leadership role
- Frozen category experience is a must
- FMCG or packaged goods background preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
