Customer Service Sales Representative

Al Bustan Flowers is looking for a friendly, energetic and well-spoken Customer Service & Sales Representative to handle customer communication, sales inquiries and daily orders. The role focuses on communicating with customers through Whats App, phone calls and social media, assisting them with their selections, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders.

• Reply to customer inquiries through Whats App, phone calls and social media
• Send customers photos and videos of available flowers and arrangements
• Assist customers in choosing suitable flowers, arrangements and gifts
• Handle sales inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders
• Take orders accurately, including card messages, delivery details and special requests
• Coordinate orders with the florists and delivery team
• Follow up with customers when necessary
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally
• Maintain a friendly, professional and polished communication style
• Build good relationships with new and returning customers
• Send customers payment links, follow up on pending payments, and ensure payment is completed before confirming or processing orders.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing sales position
• Previous experience in retail, luxury retail, flowers, gifts, hospitality or a similar customer-focused industry is preferred
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, spoken and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales ability with a proven ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Comfortable handling customers through Whats App, phone calls and social media
• Fast and accurate typing in both Arabic and English
• Good knowledge of Instagram and other social media platforms
• Organized and able to manage multiple customer conversations and orders simultaneously
• Professional, friendly and confident when dealing with customers
• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods, holidays and special occasions
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge is preferred
• Must be currently based in Kuwait
