- Identify and acquire new corporate and B2B clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify new projects, business opportunities, and potential tenders.
- Monitor and follow up on tenders and requests for quotations through award and contract stages.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Negotiate with clients and follow up on closing sales and contracts.
- Follow up on purchase orders, contracts, payments, and collections with the Finance Department.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on clients, sales opportunities, and targeted projects.
- Monitor market trends and competitors and identify new business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Experience in contracting, supplies, trading, or corporate clients/projects is preferred.
- Strong ability to develop new business and establish long-term client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is preferred.
- A valid Kuwaiti driving license is an advantage.
