Mep technician

Overview

We are looking for a skilled MEP Technician to join our team and support the maintenance and operation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across our facilities.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)
• Handle installation, repair, and replacement of equipment and fixtures
• Monitor and ensure proper functioning of air conditioning, ventilation, and electrical systems
• Respond to breakdowns and complete corrective maintenance promptly
• Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and report issues
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth facility operations

• Proven experience as an MEP Technician or similar role
• Strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Basic understanding of safety procedures and compliance standards
• Good communication skills (basic English required)
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast‑paced environment
• Technical diploma or certification in relevant field preferred

• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or facility management
• Exposure to high‑volume commercial environments
• Hands‑on experience with preventive maintenance systems
