Handyman for Contract Work in Bayan

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team for contract work in Bayan. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties.

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Perform repairs on appliances, fixtures, and equipment as needed
• Inspect properties regularly to identify any potential issues or necessary repairs
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
• Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
• Communicate with clients and provide excellent customer service

• Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Must have own tools and transportation
• Strong knowledge of various maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English
