Crane Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. This is a physical job that requires excellent hand‑eye coordination, spatial awareness, and the ability to work in all weather conditions.

• Operate cranes according to job requirements and safety guidelines
• Inspect equipment before use and report any defects or malfunctions
• Prepare lifting plans and rigging procedures
• Communicate effectively with ground crew using hand signals or radio
• Monitor load weight and distribution to ensure safe operation
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including hours worked and materials lifted

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid crane operator license or certification
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction setting
• Knowledge of rigging techniques and safety protocols
• Ability to read blueprints and lifting plans
• Physically fit with good hand‑eye coordination
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.
